Amber was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2015 and started her nursing career as an operating room nurse. After getting experience in many areas of surgery and finishing up 3 years of travel nursing, Amber found a passion for cosmetic surgery and aesthetics in 2021 when serving as an OR nurse for plastic surgery at Vivere Audubon Surgery Center, after which she began receiving training on cosmetic injections from her mentor. She began her career as a nurse injector in 2023 at New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery.
Amber just recently moved to Nashville with her husband and 2 daughters (cats). She is very excited to have found a home away from home with Dr. Laffoon and the team at Marvel Cosmetic Surgery & Glow Skin + Wellness MedSpa and can’t wait to see all of your beautiful faces!
Amber specializes in toxins (Botox and Dysport), and lip and cheek filler.

Licensed since 2009, Arikah Baly brings over 15 years of deep clinical, educational, and intuitive mastery to the Glow team. Originally from the Caribbean, Arikah has called Nashville home since 2006. Her specialty resides in high-tier post-operative recovery and complex somatic cases. She holds advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Lymphedema management, Myofascial Trigger Point Release, and Scar Adhesion Recovery utilizing specialized electronic stimulation. Her skills extend to specialized aquatic therapies in heated environments and a mastery of the body’s meridian pathways. She identifies where stress manifests as physical, psychosomatic, or energetic blocks, allowing her to release restriction along long kinetic lines. Arikah is overjoyed to bring her specialized Vagus Nerve Reset, tissue-sculpting protocols, and restorative recovery care to the elite clientele of Glow.
When not at work, Arikah dabbles in a great many pastimes as a professional singer-songwriter, actress, aerial circus performing artist, mother to a preteen, visionary behind Nashville’s mermaid school Mer-cademy, and founder of the specialized clinical practice Heal by 3.
Nina
Esthetician
Originally from New Jersey, Nina has lived in Boston, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles, before finally settling down in East Nashville. Nina’s love for skin care and helping others comes from having experienced her own journey with acne and working with estheticians as a teenager and young adult. While she has previously done a variety of esthetic services, Nina is excited to be able to focus and specialize in skincare at Glow Skin and Wellness. Her goal is to create a space where her clients always feel seen and heard. She will always prioritize educating her clients so they have the best understanding of what their skin needs from treatment to treatment. She believes skincare should feel approachable and something that you enjoy doing everyday.
When Nina isn’t in the treatment room, she loves reading, especially anything fantasy related, trying new restaurants around town, and hanging out with her long haired mini dachshunds, Enzo and Nico.
